The service was stellar, with professional, courteous, and very responsive staff who tended to our needs promptly. However, the location was not ideal, lacking cleanliness and being situated in Norfolk. The dining experience, although not included in the price, featured delightful homemade jams. The facilities were up to standard, enhancing the overall stay.
